On May 2, 2022, at approximately 12:14 P.M., PO Matthew Regan and additional officers of the 101st Precinct responded to [redacted] in Queens. Also present were three of [redacted] siblings, including [redacted] and his mother, [redacted]. While inside the apartment, PO Regan entered [redacted] bedroom (Allegation A, Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). After exiting the bedroom, PO Regan pushed [redacted] (Allegation B, Force: [redacted]) and refused to provide him with his name (Allegation C, Abuse of Authority: [redacted]).
