On July 12, 2022, at approximately 9:15 p.m., in the vicinity of 133 West Tremont Avenue in the Bronx, [redacted] was walking alone. PO Daniel Demarco, PO Sammy Figueroa, and PO Carolyn Daley, all of the 46th Precinct, stopped [redacted] on the suspicion that he was carrying a firearm (Allegations A, B, C: Abuse of Authority – Stop, [redacted]).
