On January 18, 2022, at approximately 11:38pm, PO Haroonul Hassan, PO Fabian Modesto, PO Julio Martinez, Sgt. Robert Cox, PO Larry Feng, and PO Jose Gomez of the 67th Precinct were conducting a caravan in two unmarked vehicles in Brooklyn. On Lenox Road and Rockaway Parkway, officers pulled over [redacted] vehicle for disobeying a red light (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority: Within NYPD Guidelines).
