On August 14, 2022, at about 11:12 p.m., [redacted] entered the 14th Street Union Square subway station in Manhattan and used a reduced fare MetroCard. Police Officer Michael Zhang, of Transit District 4, attempted to stop [redacted] and he did not stop. PO Zhang allegedly grabbed [redacted] and allegedly dug his nails into [redacted] skin (Allegation A: Force, [redacted] and (Allegation B: Force, [redacted].
