Summary

On October 18, 2022, at approximately 7:49 p.m., Police Officers Krishawni Denton, Steven Guerrero, and Mohammad Abdelfattah of Police Service Area (PSA) 3 pulled [redacted] over at 42 Claver Place in Brooklyn. PO Guerrero, PO Abdelfattah, and PO Denton all pulled on [redacted]s arms to remove them from his pockets and grappled with him to place him in custody (Allegations A, B, C: Force - Physical Force, [redacted]). Inside [redacted]s vehicle, PO Guerrero punched [redacted] in the head (within Allegation A). PO Denton said, "Yo, I'm gonna Tase you" to [redacted] and deployed a Taser warning arc (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority – Threat of Force, [redacted]). PO Abdelfattah hit [redacted]s leg with a flashlight (Allegation E: Force, Flashlight as Club, [redacted]). Outside [redacted]s vehicle, PO Guerrero punched [redacted] in the head and shoulders multiple times on the ground (within Allegation A). PO Abdelfattah punched [redacted] on the back twice (within Allegation B). An officer allegedly slammed [redacted]s head against the ground (Allegation F: Force - Hit Against Inanimate Object, [redacted]). PO Guerrero said, "Yo, what the fuck you doing?" and, "I was trying to put your hands down but you started fucking swinging at us" (Allegation G: Discourtesy – Word, [redacted]).
