Description: On June 27, 2023 Plaintiff was lawfully present at or about 233 Sands Street, Brooklyn when POs Luis Sandres, Mohammad Abdelfattah, Alex Ramos, and other unknown POs approached Plaintiff and pushed, punched, and kicked Plaintiff. Plaintiff was then forcefully placed in tight handcuffs and transported to a holding cell, where he was denied timely medical attention but was ultimately transported to the hospital for his injuries.
