On May 10, 2022, at approximately 5:40 p.m., near the corner of Hart Street and Stuyvesant Avenue in Brooklyn, PO Mohammad Abdelfattah, PO Krishawni Denton, and PO Steven Guerrero, all of PSA-3, attempted to stop [redacted] due to a suspicion that he was carrying a firearm. [redacted] attempted to flee from officers. PO Abdelfattah, PO Denton, and PO Guerrero forcibly took [redacted] to the ground (Allegations A, B, C: Force - Physical force, [redacted]). During the struggle, PO Guerrero placed his arm around [redacted] neck and restricted [redacted] breathing (Allegation D: Force - Chokehold, [redacted]) (Allegation E: Force - Restricted breathing, [redacted]). PO Guerrero then placed his knee on [redacted] upper back (Allegation F: Force - Restricted breathing, [redacted]). PO Abdelfattah deployed his Taser in prong and then stun mode on [redacted] (Allegation G: Force - Taser, [redacted]). After being placed in handcuffs, [redacted] continued to physically struggle with officers. At one point, PO Abdelfattah said, "Oh my god, put him down. Put him down. I'm fucking sick of this shit."
