Description: On 10 February, 2022, Plaintiff was legally parallel parking his vehicle on a one-way street when PO Melo and Abdelfattah, who had arrived in an unmarked vehicle, without justification or cause instructed Plaintiff to exit his vehicle. PO Melo and Abdelfattah falsely accused Plaintiff of driving the wrong way, and unlawfully arrested Plaintiff. Without justification or cause, PO Melo and Abdelfattah then unlawfully searched Plaintiff and his vehicle, and confiscated Plaintiff’s vehicle. Description: On June 15, 2021, the plaintiff was hanging out in front of his building at 587 Park Avenue with his family for Father's Day. Around 7:30 PM the defendant NYPD police officers approached the plaintiff's brother and placed him in handcuffs. When the plaintiff began to record the situation with his brother, one of the defendant officers shoved the plaintiff, his mother, and sister. Description: On August 11, 2019, at around 12:30 a.m., Mr. Smith was walking with friends near 849 Flushing Avenue in Brooklyn when he was assaulted and arrested by NYPD officers without justification or probable cause. Officers in an unmarked vehicle followed the group and singled out Mr. Smith, allegedly due to his race or other protected status. One of the officers, believed to be Lt.
