On July 4th, 2022, at 10:35 p.m., [redacted], and [redacted] were among a group of approximately 10 individuals barbequing and playing music in front of [redacted] in Brooklyn. PO Jauneil Wright and Kristal Ramos, both of PSA 3, responded to a phone call made directly to the PSA 3 stationhouse complaining of loud music from [redacted]'s car. Upon responding to the location, PO Ramos approached [redacted] and asked him to turn down the music coming from his vehicle. While he initially agreed, [redacted] then objected to turning down the music, at which point PO Wright stopped [redacted] by stating, "Fuck this, give me your ID" (Allegation A: Discourtesy, [redacted], Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). [redacted] refused to provide his ID to PO Wright, at which point PO Ramos requested additional officers on scene.
