Description: On 8/31/23, at approximately 6:00 p.m., several police officers including but not limited to Defendants ANDREA MEDINA, KEOTO PETERON, JOHN DOE and JOHN ROE were on duty and in the vicinity of 2788 Grand Concourse, County of Bronx, City and State of New York. Defendants approached Plaintiff at this location, and for no reason, stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained him in an aggressive and excessive manner. There after, Plaintiff remained incarcerated for over 24 hours and was required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges against him were terminated favorably.
