Description: On March 3, 2023, Plaintiff was waiting for an Uber when Defendants Tolba and Doe arrested Plaintiff without cause, telling him that he fit the description of a suspect without elaboration. Plaintiff was handcuffed and brought to the 90th Precinct stationhouse in Brooklyn where he was held for 3 hours. Plaintiff was charged with trespass at two addresses to which Plaintiff had never been. On March 23, 2023, a judge dismissed the summons charges for facial insufficiency.
