On November 18, 2022, [redacted] was driving with his friend, [redacted] when Patrol Borough Brooklyn South Police Officers Dia Abdallah and Roger Haynes and Sergeant Michael Venditti stopped him at the southwest corner of Utica Avenue and Clarkson Avenue in Brooklyn at 10:09PM (Allegations A-C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). [redacted] became irate and continually argued with the officers, prompting Sgt.
