On November 9, 2022, at approximately 7:18pm, [redacted] a NYC Housing Preservation and Development Inspector, arrived at 375 Pleasant Avenue in Manhattan, to investigate an anonymous heat complaint in the building. A tenant recorded [redacted] while in the vestibule and called 911. Police Officer Henry Gregorek, Police Officer Nicholas Lamere, and Lieutenant William Rivera, all of the 25th Precinct, arrived and spoke with [redacted]. Lt.
