Summary

On December 28, 2022, at 7:25 p.m., [redacted] was walking in the vicinity of 7th Avenue between West 44th Street and 45th Street in Manhattan. [redacted] had a camera around his neck. [redacted] encountered Police Officer Michael Nolasco of Midtown South Times Square, who told him that photographers were not allowed in the area; PO Nolasco ordered [redacted] back on the sidewalk. As [redacted] turned around to walk back toward the sidewalk, PO Nolasco pushed him in the back twice. (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]) [redacted] asked [redacted] why he had pushed him, and PO Nolasco pushed [redacted] in the chest area and ordered him to get on the sidewalk.
