Summary

At approximately 8:46 p.m. on January 7, 2023, [redacted] was driving in the vicinity of Saint Felix Street and Fulton Street in Brooklyn with [redacted] and [redacted] when Detective Jeffrey Perez, Police Officer George Rowen, Police Officer Alex Campuzano, and Police Officer George Gouvousis, all of the 88th precinct, stopped the vehicle (Allegations A-D, Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). [redacted] alleged that DTS Perez called him a "bum ass nigga" (Allegations E-F, Discourtesy and Offensive Language, [redacted]) in a "bum ass car" (Allegation G, Discourtesy, [redacted]).
Sergeant Ian Johnson arrived and ordered [redacted] and [redacted] to step out of the vehicle. Sgt Ian Johnson ordered officers to forcibly remove [redacted] from the vehicle (Allegation H, Force, [redacted]). Officers placed [redacted] and [redacted] under arrest.
