On January 25, 2023, at approximately 2:53am [redacted] and [redacted] went to the 52nd Precinct stationhouse in the Bronx to inquire about a relative who was arrested earlier in the day. Police Officers Justin Rivera, Juan Rivera, Justin Larocchia, and Debra Cotter, all from the 52nd Precinct, were standing in front of the stationhouse. [redacted] and [redacted] approached the group of officers. PO Juan Rivera shined his flashlight in [redacted] and [redacted] faces (Allegation A; Discourtesy).
