Summary

On November 6, 2022, at approximately 11:15 pm, in front of 1915 Lexington Avenue in Manhattan, officers stopped and frisked a group of individuals and [redacted] (Allegations A-D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Detective Maximilian Warner and Police Officer Michael Delia of Patrol Borough Manhattan North then stopped and frisked [redacted] (Allegations E-H: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Det. Warner and PO Debbie Jimenez, also of Patrol Borough Manhattan North, failed to activate their body-worn cameras (BWCs) as required during this incident (Allegations I-J: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
