Description: On May 15, 2022, Officers Maximilian Warner, Michael Delia, and others, targeted Plaintiff based on his Latino race while he was lawfully present in the vicinity of his apartment building. Defendants then approached, questioned, grabbed, seized, and arrested Plaintiff. Plaintiff exhibited no indication of criminal behavior. Defendants slammed Plaintiff to the ground, punched him in the head, and drove their knees into Plaintiff’s back. They then performed an illegal search on Plaintiff by rifling through his pockets and patting him down.
