Summary

On April 12, 2023, at approximately 3:28 p.m., in the vicinity of Ebbitts Street and Winham Avenue in Staten Island, Police Officer Jadd Zahrieh and Police Officer Yassir Zahroof, of the 122nd Precinct, stopped the vehicle [redacted] and [redacted] occupied. PO Zahrieh allegedly told [redacted] he could do "whatever the fuck" he wanted and ordered him to exit the vehicle (Allegation A: Discourtesy, [redacted]). PO Zahroof grabbed [redacted] shoulders and leaned him against the back of the vehicle (Allegation B: Force, [redacted]).
