Complaint
Description: On October 5, 2017 officer defendants unlawfully entered plaintiffs apartment while plaintiff was asleep in his bedroom. Defendant officers did not have consent or a warrant to enter. Upon awaking to the presence of officers in his home, plaintiff was startled, panicked, in fear, and demanded the officers leave until they vacated the premises.
