Summary

On June 9, 2023, at approximately 9:30AM, [redacted] entered the Euclid Avenue A-train subway station in Brooklyn. There, Police Officer Hallan Martinez, of the 77th Precinct, and Police Officers Christina OConnor and Michael Dease, of the 75th Precinct, improperly used their body-worn cameras (BWCs) (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority – Improper Use of Body-Worn Camera, Substantiated) (Allegations B and C: Abuse of Authority – Improper Use of Body-Worn Camera, Unable to Determine).
