At approximately 12:15 PM on June 6, 2023, [redacted] jaywalked across Ericsson Place at the intersection of Ericsson Place and Varick Street in Manhattan, at which time PO Michael Holman of the 1st Precinct stopped her (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, Within NYPD Guidelines). PO Holman did not activate his Body-Worn Camera (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, Substantiated).
