On August 3, 2023, at approximately 10:05 p.m., outside of [redacted] in Brooklyn, Police Officers Anton Baird and Bianyor Germosen, both of the 71st Precinct, damaged [redacted] license plate cover while issuing his vehicle a summons (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority - Property Damage, [redacted]; Allegation B: Abuse of Authority – Property Damage, [redacted]).
On August 4, 2023, at approximately 8:40 a.m., at the 71st Precinct stationhouse in Brooklyn, Police Officers Tetsola Santiago and Sandy Peralta, both of the 71st Precinct (PO Peralta has since resigned), allegedly refused to process [redacted] civilian complaint (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority – Refusal to Process Civilian Complaint, [redacted]; Allegation D: Abuse of Authority – Refusal to Process Civilian Complaint, [redacted]).
