On July 4th, 2023, at approximately 2:00am, [redacted] rolled a marijuana cigarette while standing between two parked cars near the side entrance to 2240 University Avenue in the Bronx. Police Officers Ronald Urgiles and Matthew Guerrido, both of the 52nd Precinct, drove past the location and PO Guerrido asked [redacted] "Just the weed?"
