Complaint
Description: On October 6, 2022, while Plaintiff was in his car, he was approached by Defendant Officers Urgiles, Garcia, and Doe, who grabbed Plaintiff, pulled him out of his vehicle, and then proceeded to throw Plaintiff to the ground, where they kicked, punched, and stomped him to the face and body. Defendant Officers then forcefully placed Plaintiff in handcuffs. After receiving medical treatment for his injuries, Defendants transported Plaintiff to Bronx County Central Booking, wherein he remained until his release on October 7, 2022.
