Christopher McDonald of the 79th Precinct stopped [redacted] vehicle at the intersection of Bedford Avenue and Flushing Avenue in Brooklyn (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Demitrious Peterson of the 79th Precinct stopped [redacted] a passenger in [redacted] vehicle (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Jose Jimenez of the 79th Precinct (now a sergeant assigned to Transit District 30, but referred to as PO Jimenez for the remainder of this report) stopped [redacted] another passenger in [redacted] vehicle (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Peterson threatened to issue a summons to [redacted] (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Peterson allegedly questioned [redacted] (Allegation E: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
