On December 12, 2023, at approximately 8:30 p.m., in front of [redacted] in Brooklyn, Police Officers Nicholas Toner, Christopher Mattar, Dia Abdallah, Rosarion Saintelme, and Sergeant Michael Venditti, all from the Patrol Borough Brooklyn South Community Response Team, stopped [redacted] vehicle (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, within NYPD guidelines).
