Description: On May 14, 2022, at approximately 1:00 PM, the defendants, NYPD police Officer Nicholas Toner (shield #28652) and NYPD police officers John Doe #s 1-10 (identities unknown), unlawfully arrested the plaintiff, Darrel Dreckette in the vicinity of Linden Boulevard and East 53rd Street, County of Kings, New York. A friend dropped off Mr. Dreckette at his residence to retrieve an item. When he returned to the vehicle, four police officers had surrounded his friend's vehicle. Mr. Dreckette was informed that to retrieve his friend's belongings, he would have to follow the officers to the 67th Precinct, which Mr. Dreckette did. At the precinct, Mr. Dreckette was told that he would need to return later since it could be...
