On January 21, 2024, at approximately 8:00pm, Sergeant Tonica Corlette and Police Officers Richard Law, Justin Leung, Pedro Rodriguez, Ryan Thatcher, and Jason Toussaint of the 72nd Precinct, responded to a reported dispute at [redacted], in Brooklyn, where [redacted] requested that officers remove [redacted] from his apartment.
Officers entered [redacted] apartment (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority: Within NYPD Guidelines).
