Description: On May 30, 2020, plaintiff Christophe Bensmaine was running errands when he noticed a police brutality protest in the wake of the George Floyd murder and decided to join. The demonstration was orderly and calm, however more police started to arrive to the protest and by 5:25 PM there were fifty police officers including all named defendants, Inspector Dowling, Deputy Inspector Hillery, PO Cascio, PO Cirikiovich, PO Dottavio, PO Johnson, PO Monestine, PO Mosquera, PO Olivares, and PO Singh.
