Description: On April 14, 2018, NYPD Officer Matthew Capobianco threw Plaintiff down a flight of stairs. Then, without justification, Officers Capobianco, Alisa Bajraktarevic, Jonathan Gonzalez, Edin Bacovic, John Zaccaro, and Richard Montanez severely beat plaintiff. Afterwards, Officer Joseph Ottaviano arrested plaintiff and filed a criminal complaint falsely charging him with assault. Both Officers Ottaviano and Capobianco were aware that the charges were false.
