Description: incident 1: Plaintiff was sitting on a bench on the corner of Magenta Street in the Bronx smoking a tobacco cigarette. Defendants Marquez and Tucker approached him, ordered him to stand up, and proceeded to twist the plaintiff's arm behind his back and slammed him chest first into the bench. Defendant officers handcuffed him, escorted him into a police vehicle, then removed him from the vehicle, and an officer searched him a second time by putting his hand inside of plaintiff's pants and touching his rectal and genital areas.
