Description: On or about April 30, 2015, Officer Paul White and other officers arrested the Plaintiff on the street without cause. The Plaintiff was transferred to the 52nd precinct for processing and subjected to an invasive strip search. The Plaintiff was instructed to remove his clothes and underpants, get in a squatting position, and cough. He was instructed to move his genitalia to the left and to the right. After he put his clothes back on, the Plaintiff began experiencing diabetes symptoms and made multiple complaints before he was finally transported to the Hospital.
