Description: Plaintiffs were dispersing flyers at Atlantic Terminal and were stopped by Officers. Officers asked them to leave, seized documents and a phone from the Plaintiffs, and took them to a police station. Plaintiffs were given summonses for ìnoncommercial activityî, 1097.5(q) of the Rules and Regulations Governing The Conduct and Safety of The Public and Use of The Long Island Rail Road Company Terminals, Stations, and Trains. The summonses were later dismissed.
