Description: On June 4, 2019, P.O. MOSES, NORWOOD, GOMEZ, and JOHN or JANE illegally searched Plaintiff, who was lawfully present and not engaged in any criminal activity. P.O. arrested Plaintiff for assault that occurred on May 31, 2019, near the section of 84th Avenue and 164th Street, Queens. Plaintiff advised that he is an Uber and Lyft driver and was in Manhattan and Brooklyn to pick up and drop off passengers. P.O. MOSES, NORWOOD, GOMEZ, and JOHN or JANE refused to look at Plaintiff’s cell phone application and instead unlawfully arrested Plaintiff. The plaintiff was removed to the 107th Precinct and transported to Central Booking. At no point did P.O. NORWOOD find any such weapon in Plaintiff’s vehicle and Plaintiff....
