Description: On the 26th day of June, 2019, Defendants had contact with Plaintiff. Defendants Defendants assaulted and battered Plaintiff Barnes in an excessive manner including the use of a taser. Defendants would go on to falsely arrest and imprison Plaintiff Barnes. When Plaintiff Barnes needed medical treatment Defendants ignored him. All the while infant Plaintiff R.K.B watched and was in the zone of danger.
