Complaint
Description: On August 24, 2021, Plaintiffs were lawfully in resting, on the rooftop level in Manhattan after visiting his mom who permanently resides in the building when Defendant police officers, including Omar COLLADO and other unknown officers demanded Plaintiffs to raise their hands, show picture ID and explain why they were on the roof. The Plaintiffs complied and explained that they had visited Plaintiff's mother and came to the rooftop to get some fresh air. Plaintiff were transported to the Precinct where they stayed for 7h. Defendants maliciously prosecuted criminal charges against the Plaintiffs. The criminal action against the Plaintiffs were disposed of as follows: Dismissed 9/13/2021
