Description: On October 15, 2017 at about 2:00AM, Mr. Stewart was in a nightclub where a fight broke out. Security guards pushed everyone out to the street and Mr. Stewart ran to a nearby police vehicle to seek refuge after being chased by a guard. Officers Ramos, Callan and Tavarez handcuffed Mr. Stewart and searched him without any justification. A bystander came over claiming that Mr. Stewart had been involved in the fight and kicked him in the face. Officers Ramos, Callan and Tavarez began to kick Mr. Stewart on his back and the back of his head, resulting in a broken rib and severe swelling. The officers also dragged Mr. Stewart into their vehicle, ripping up his shirt and making it hard for him to breathe, causing him...
