Description: On March 16, 2017 plaintiff was lawfully driving on Rockaway Beach Blvd between Beach 73rd and Beach 74th Sts, Queens, NY. Defendants pulled over plaintiff and searched his vehicle. Defendants assaulted, accosted, battered, confined, restrained and arrested plaintiff. Plaintiff was held at the 100th Precinct and Central Booking. On March 17, 2017, plaintiff was released from custody on his own recognizance. Defendants caused a criminal prosecution to be commenced against plaintiff, by filing an accusatory instrument, without probable cause.
