On November 28, 2017 at approximately 11:42 a.m. in the vicinity of 82-01 Beach Channel Drive in Queens, PO Daniel Manetta, PO Andrew Ronan, and PO Shane Wynn, all of the 100th Precinct, allegedly stopped [redacted] and [redacted] (Allegations A through F: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Immediately after releasing [redacted] and [redacted] the three officers stopped [redacted] at the same location (Allegations G through I: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). The officers handcuffed [redacted] and placed him inside a police vehicle, where he lay with his feet hanging out the open door. PO Manetta and PO Ronan allegedly slammed the door of the vehicle on [redacted]'s feet (Allegations J and K: Force, [redacted]). [redacted] and a companion, [redacted] were arrested. [redacted]
