Description: On January 5, 2020, in the vicinity of 260 Herkimer Street in Brooklyn, several NYPD officers threatened the plaintiffs who lived there to let them in, or they would use excessive for or violence. The defendants did not have consent or a lawful search warrant to enter the plaintiff's home. Nonetheless, the defendants without consent entered the plaintiff's home and ransacked the home while searched it and destroyed property. The plaintiffs did not violate any law, commit any criminal act, or act in a suspicious or unlawful manner. Plaintiffs suffered personal injuries, an invasion of privacy, conversion of property, financial loss, and emotional pain.

Description: On August 16, 2019, at approximately 4:00 PM, plaintiff was present in the vicinity of 138 Graham Avenue, in the borough of Brooklyn, when police officer Daniel Maretta and unidentified police officers (John Does 1-10) handcuffed and falsely arrested plaintiff. More specifically, plaintiff was driving a 2016 Ford Mustang at the aforementioned location, when the officers asked plaintiff to step out of the vehicle, which he complied with.
