Description: On or about June 30, 2013 Plaintiff was in front of a premises when he was violently beaten by PO James Frascatore and POs John Does 1-10. POs intentionally struck Plaintiff from behind, threw Plaintiff to the ground, kneeing Plaintiff, and dropping their weight on Plaintiff while he was pinned to the ground by other POs. Plaintiff was then arrested and transported to the 113th Precinct, where he was kept for several hours before being arraigned and taken to a correctional facility where he remained for approximately three days. Plaintiff was subjected to a malicious prosecution. Plaintiff suffered emotional distress, humiliation, mortification, shame, disgrace, and mental pain as a result of this incident.
