Description: On October 27, 2019, plaintiff Lemont Tatum was present at the Evo Lounge located at 1306 Union Port Road, Bronx, New York and while leaving he noticed his sister arguing with another person. Out of nowhere, the Defendant including officer Bory Exhanique and John Doe-13 pushed the Plaintiff without probable cause. The plaintiff did not retaliate. The plaintiff further let the officer know that he and the other women were related, and the situation was under control. Description: On August 24, 2018, the plaintiff was lawfully in the vicinity of Seward Avenue and White Plains Road, Bronx, New York, doing nothing illegal, improper or acting in a suspicious way. It was then that defendant NYPD officers approached the plaintiff absent warrant, probable cause, reasonable cause, or legal justification, and summarily stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, and battered him in an excessive manner.
