Description: On or about January 1, 2017, at approximately 2:30 AM, Mr. Baa was at Radisson Hotel in Queens. Officers Lynn Dilieto, Edward Scali, Keith Donohue, and Jaqualine Greene assaulted Mr. Baa and caused several injuries, including a broken rib. Mr. Baa was then transported to Central Booking and arraigned on several charges based on fabrications by the defendants. After his release, the charges were all dropped on October 5, 2017.
