Description: On November 12, 2019, Byron Shark was approached in the NYC subway system by Defendant Michael Fruchter and other unidentified police officers and was grabbed and thrown to the ground and forcefully handcuffed. Mr. Shark was arrested and taken to the police department where he was held for five hours and released the next day. As a result of this, Mr. Shark became sick, sore, lame and disabled and generally received severe injuries.
