Description: On or about July 15, 2016, several Defendant NYPD officers, without a warrant, probable cause, or legal justification, entered the residence of the Plaintiffs and handcuffed and seized Plaintiffs. The Defendant officers caused smoke to come into the apartment, a robot/droid to be thrown in, and the Defendant officers entered with their loaded firearms pointed at the Plaintiffs. One of the Plaintiffs was 9 months pregnant and grabbed by arms and back. The Plaintiffs were all arrested and held in custody at the precinct for several hours until their release.
