Description: On March 16, 2019, Plaintiffs were in a vehicle when NYPD officers Ariana Esteban, Carlos Garcia, Gerardo Decaro and Lewis Nunez and unnamed officers handcuffed and falsely arrested them. Defendant officers also beat and struck Plaintiff Antoinette Williams during the course of the arrest, causing a fractured right humerus and emotional pain.
