Description: On April 3, 2017, while lawfully performing his duty as a UPS deliveryman around the northwest corner of Lydig Avenue and Cruger Avenue in Bronx, NY, the plaintiff was unlawfully approached, assaulted, battered, arrested, and detained by the defendants, including Tameika Goode and Kellard, in an excessive manner without legal justification. The defendants unlawfully approached the plaintiff, verbally and physically accosted him, including throwing him on the floor of the vehicle, punching, kicking, and striking him. They then falsely and wrongfully initiated the detention and arrest of the plaintiff.
