Description: On July 31, 2021, defendant POs were involved with an emotionally disturbed individual and defendant PO Zorrilla came through the turnstile and grabbed, pushed and removed disturbed plaintiff from inside the subway area when plaintiff was inside the subway station at Essex and Delancy Streets. Defendant Zorrilla ordered the plaintiff to vacate the station. Plaintiff complied. Once outside the station, the EMS Worker put the emotionally disturbed person in the vehicle. At that point, defendant Zorrilla rushed at plaintiff, grabbed him and violently threw him to the ground.
