Description: On July 9, 2015, Plaintiff was falsely arrested, maliciously prosecuted, wrongfully detained, assaulted, and battered by NYPD officers including P.O.M. Philip Masi, Sgt. Edward Costello, and a John Doe police officer. Plaintiff was placed under arrest and held at the 113th Precinct before being transferred to Queens Central Booking.
